What are Call-Units?

Call Units were created out of a need from clients who wanted support on times other than from 9 till 5. Furthermore: a quick telephone call often became a long conversation because the problem was more complex then clients thought when they decided to make the call in the first place. To make everything much easier for everyone involved, we created Call units. With this package you have a right to get support in any way that is the most convenient. Either by phone, email, remote log-in, or VPN.

Why Call-units?

The Call Units were designed in order to give remote support in a simple way.

What exactly are Call-units?

Call units can be used for remote assistance; -support by telephone -support by email -support through remote login -asked questions will be answered

Can I use a Call-unit for other things like asking for a consultant on site?

No, for this you have to arrange for a consultancy visit.

How do we get Call-units?

You have to buy 24 Call-units and pay in advance. Each unit is good for one hour of support. Whenever your units are almost through we will let you know and give you the opportunity to buy new Call-units. Through the website you can always check yourself how much units you have left, and you can read about what was done with earlier units. This is possible because all Call-units are numbered.

What if a problem cannot be solved through remote assistance?

You can always ask us for a consultancy appointment.

What do I do when I have a question/problem and want to use a Call-unit?

You can login with your own username and password. Here you can state the problem and your Call-unit number. We will then contact you and start working on the solution to your problem.

How long are the Call-Units valid?

Call-units stay valid for one year. At the end of that year, if you didn’t use all units you might be able to use them for a consultancy appointment for example.

Does every question cost me a Call-Unit?

No, if the answer can be answered immediately, no call-unit is necessary.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In the Silver module you have 24 hours of remote support. The support can be done by dial in, by telephone or through e-mail contact. You will receive 24 call-units; each unit is good for one hour of support. It is up to the support department whether a placed call is a call-unit. The response time for a Silver call-unit is 4 hours. Every month you will receive per e-mail a status of your call-units. Within a few months you will be able to check and place your support calls online.

SILVER MODULE

This module will give you support from 09.00 untill 18.00 hours

The price of this module is € 2.750,-

GENERAL DISCRIPTION

With the Gold module you have a total of 24 hours of remote support. The support can be done by dial in, by telephone or through e-mail contact.

You will receive 24 call-units; each unit is good for one hour of support. It is up to the support department whether a placed call is a call-unit.

The response time for a Gold call-unit is 4 hours.

GOLD MODULE

The price of this module is € 4.350,-

With the Platinum module you have a unlimited hours of remote support. The support can be done by dial in, by telephone or through e-mail contact. You will receive unlimited call-units; each unit is good for one hour of support. It is up to the support department whether a placed call is a call-unit.

The response time for a Platinum call-unit is 4 hours.

PLATINUM MODULE

If you would like unlimited support, 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year through, then a Platinum support pack is the module for you. This support pack is tailor made for you. If there are changes in the configuration they need to be reported to us. We will adjust the support in accordance.
